1. Scope
This policy applies to personal information collected through the LionHeart website, checkout, customer communications, and order support. It does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party payment, messaging, hosting, or delivery providers.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use LionHeart, we may collect:
- Contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, and information you send through our contact channels.
- Order and delivery information, including products purchased, selected variations, quantities, shipping address, city, transaction totals, and order notes.
- Payment-related information, such as the payment method selected, payment status, transaction references, and confirmation details received from a payment provider.
- Communications exchanged with LionHeart, including messages used to coordinate Zelle, bank transfer, payment confirmation, delivery, returns, or customer support.
- Technical information that may be generated automatically by our website or service providers, such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, error logs, and security events.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Create, process, confirm, fulfill, update, and cancel orders.
- Coordinate payment and delivery with the customer.
- Respond to questions, support requests, returns, refunds, or disputes.
- Maintain inventory, transaction records, and business records.
- Detect fraud, prevent abuse, protect accounts, and secure the website.
- Diagnose technical problems and improve the reliability and usability of LionHeart.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- Send marketing communications only when permitted by law and when any required consent has been obtained. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
4. Payments
PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms and privacy practices. LionHeart receives payment status and transaction references but does not store the full payment credentials used inside PayPal.
Zelle and bank transfer payments are coordinated manually between LionHeart and the customer, including through WhatsApp when selected during checkout. Customers should not send full card numbers, passwords, PINs, security codes, or online banking credentials through messages.
If LionHeart later enables another card processor, that provider will process card information under its own privacy notice. This policy should be updated before a new provider is made available.
5. When We Share Information
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to:
- Service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, payments, communications, security, and website operation.
- Payment providers and financial institutions involved in processing or confirming a transaction.
- Delivery providers or other parties selected with the customer to complete an order.
- Professional advisers, law enforcement, regulators, courts, or government authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
- A buyer, successor, or other party involved in a merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.
- Other parties when you direct us to share the information or give consent.
LionHeart does not currently sell personal information for money or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement must be reviewed if advertising or tracking services are added in the future.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
LionHeart and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies that are necessary for features such as the shopping cart, security, authentication, preferences, and reliable website operation.
Your browser may allow you to block or delete these technologies. Some essential features may stop working correctly when they are disabled. If analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated first.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable obligations. When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely archive it.
8. Security
LionHeart uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no website, network, database, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers are responsible for using secure devices and communications and for protecting their payment, banking, PayPal, email, and messaging accounts.
9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or limit certain uses.
We may need to verify your identity and request before responding. Some information may be retained when required or permitted for orders, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, disputes, or recordkeeping.
To submit a privacy request, use our Contact page. Include enough information for us to locate your order or communication, but do not send passwords, PINs, or full financial account details.
10. California and Other State Privacy Notices
Some United States privacy laws apply only when a business meets specific legal thresholds or processes information in particular ways. When an applicable law grants you additional rights, LionHeart will process eligible requests as required by that law.
If LionHeart becomes subject to a law requiring additional notices, category disclosures, appeal procedures, opt-out mechanisms, or universal opt-out signals, this policy and the website controls must be updated accordingly.
11. Children's Privacy
LionHeart is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, they should contact us so we can review and address the request.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
LionHeart may link to or interact with third-party services such as PayPal, WhatsApp, financial institutions, social networks, or delivery providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and are not controlled by this policy.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
14. Contact LionHeart
