6. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include PayPal, Zelle, bank transfer, or another method displayed during checkout.
- PayPal payments are processed through PayPal and are also subject to PayPal's terms, eligibility rules, and privacy practices.
- Zelle and bank transfer payments are coordinated manually between LionHeart and the customer. The order may remain unpaid or awaiting payment until LionHeart verifies the transaction.
- The customer is responsible for sending the correct amount and using the correct order reference when requested.
- LionHeart will not request passwords, PINs, complete online banking credentials, or card security codes through WhatsApp or ordinary messages.
A payment that appears pending, reversed, disputed, declined, incomplete, or fraudulent does not require LionHeart to fulfill the order.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery arrangements are coordinated manually between LionHeart and the customer. Available methods, estimated timing, delivery location, shipping cost, and the party responsible for arranging delivery may vary by order.
Delivery dates are estimates unless LionHeart expressly agrees to a guaranteed date in writing. Delays may occur because of inventory, weather, carriers, address issues, payment verification, customer availability, or events outside LionHeart's reasonable control.
The customer must inspect the delivery information before confirming the order and promptly notify LionHeart about a missing, damaged, incorrect, or delayed order.
8. Cancellations
Contact LionHeart as soon as possible to request cancellation. A cancellation request is not guaranteed after an order has been paid, prepared, shipped, delivered, or otherwise committed to fulfillment.
Unpaid or abandoned orders may be cancelled automatically or manually. When an order is cancelled, any inventory reservation may be released.
